Living in a social structure calls in for certain behavior which is mostly unwritten rules but have to be followed by all. Even though Facebook might not be considered a real society, it is still a virtual society where we live and spend quite a lot of our times interacting with, connecting to and sharing our lives on. Therefore, it is only acceptable that on this social platform we act and behave with certain kind of a decorum that we also follow in our daily lives. Some of the rules of Facebook expressly, though being unwritten, say that it is very necessary to censor ourselves online. Also, befriending people we haven’t actually met might not just be dangerous but might lead to possible problems in our social as well as personal lives.
