Swedish-based graphic designer Patrik Svensson, known for his minimalist illustrations of movie posters and book covers, has come up with a new set of minimalist images depicting oft-used abstract concepts.
The illustrations were created with involving the viewer in mind, and are meant to reveal layers within the designs upon closer inspection.
Simple and at times melancholic, Svensson’s drawings deftly condense oft-used phrases and philosophical questions like “Borderless Economy”, “Housing Crisis”, and “What Does Love Smell Like?” to their core.
