Food Art by Samantha Lee (23 Pics).

Would you go to the effort to create such plates of food in an attempt to encourage your child to eat? That’s exactly what Samantha Lee did for her elder daughter when she was heavily pregnant with her second daughter.
Charaben or Kyaraben is a style of bento that is artistically arranged on the plate, and Samantha Lee adopted this style in an attempt to encourage her elder daughter to eat independently. Bento is a type of boxed Japanese cuisine that usually consists of rice, meat/fish and vegetables.

Samantha Lee:

On her blog, Eatzy Bitzy, Samantha asserts that she is not a professional chef by any means and describes herself as a “ordinary, regular and average mom”. We’re not sure how many average mothers have over 262,835 followers on Instagram, just to look at her beautiful plates of food!
